Based in Hong Kong, William is an experienced corporate affairs adviser with over 20 years of experience in strategic communications, public affairs, and geopolitical advisory.  

Before joining SEC Newgate, William served as a Director at Brunswick’s Hong Kong office, and he previously worked for the consultancy Teneo and the healthcare company Bupa. Prior to working in Hong Kong, William worked for the business group CBI in the United Kingdom. 

Aaron is a former financial journalist and seasoned corporate communications professional with two decades of career experience across London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Most recently, Aaron was General Manager – Media Relations at Link Asset Management. Previously, he served as Group Head of Corporate Communications at sports entertainment company ONE Championship and prior to that VP of Communications at FWD Insurance. He also held communications roles at investment bank Nomura and law firm Mayer Brown JSM. He started his career as a financial reporter at Bloomberg News.

Victoria has extensive expertise in driving multi-market communications strategies and leading large-scale cross-border marketing and communication campaigns across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and global markets.

She has strong experience in the financial, professional services and technology sectors, and has advised clients including Honeywell, Ping An, Robosense, Hudson, Cigna, and ACCA.

In 2020, Victoria founded the award-winning, Shanghai-based boutique marketing and communications agency Mars Communications (acquired by SEC Newgate in 2024), where she focused on strategic planning and execution of public relations programmes for Fortune 500 companies, Chinese startups and state-owned enterprises. Before that, she held senior roles at LEWIS Global Communications and FleishmanHillard in Shanghai and Hong Kong.

May is an experienced public affairs professional specialising in public policy, government relations, and stakeholder engagement across government, statutory, non-profit, and emerging technology sectors. Based in Hong Kong, she advises clients on navigating complex policy environments and engaging effectively with stakeholders.

​A former Administrative Officer in the Hong Kong SAR Government, May served in the Education Bureau and the Home Affairs Department, contributing to policy implementation, community affairs, and district-level governance. She also brings extensive public-sector experience from managing government relations and communications in the Charities and Community Department of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, as well as her role in the CEO Office of the Hong Kong Microelectronics Research and Development Institute (MRDI), a government-established body advancing microelectronics R&D and innovation collaboration.
