Since 2011, as General Manager of V+O Communication Cyprus, Panos has led the agency’s growth and strategic direction, consistently delivering impactful results and earning industry-wide recognition through multiple award-winning campaigns.

Before assuming his role at V+O Cyprus, Panos was Strategic Director at CIVITAS Greece, where he was instrumental in shaping client strategies, providing counsel to CEOs and executive teams, and enhancing the agency’s service portfolio. His earlier career includes extensive experience in political consulting, having developed and managed key communication strategies for political campaigns at both national and international levels across Greece, Cyprus, and Serbia.

Panos is also a respected thought leader, frequently speaking at educational seminars and conferences, and contributing insightful articles on communication trends and strategies. He holds a degree in Political Science from the National University of Athens, equipping him with a deep understanding of the political and business landscapes that informs his strategic communications work.
