As a General Manager, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to deliver strong business outcomes through a blend of strategic insight, creativity, and client-centric execution. Her expertise spans the design and implementation of comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies, including both ATL and BTL activations, for leading brands such as METLEN, TITAN, Elvalhalcor, Coca-Cola 3E, GSK, OTE Group, Lamda Development, AVIS, and SAP.

Elina co-founded Unlimited Creativity in 2005, a forward-thinking agency that later integrated into the V+O Greece Group in 2007. Under her leadership, the agency has been recognized with numerous local and international awards, reflecting her strong capabilities in managing high-performing teams and delivering creative excellence that aligns with strategic business goals.

Beyond her agency leadership, Elina brings valuable experience from the publishing industry, where she led advertising efforts for prominent magazines, including Status (Liberis Publications) and Nitro (Imako). She holds a BA in Marketing Management, with a specialization in Promotion Management, from Deree College, American College of Greece.
