Natalija, General Manager of V+O Serbia, is a results-driven communications professional with 17 years of industry experience. She joined V+O Serbia in 2008 and has been leading the office as General Manager since 2013.

Before her tenure at V+O, Natalija managed external and internal communications for Alpha Bank Serbia, where she gained valuable insights into the financial sector’s communication landscape. Her expertise encompasses strategic consulting and business development, crafting tailored communication strategies for clients across diverse industries.

Natalija is skilled in crisis communication, public affairs, corporate and brand communication, internal communications, CSR, and public speaking training. She has extensive experience in planning and managing marketing and PR projects in sectors such as EU affairs, FMCG, environment, healthcare, and new technologies.

She holds a degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade, grounding her strategic approach in solid business principles.
