Irene is a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in global brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and digital transformation across top-tier organizations on two continents. 
As Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships at SEC Newgate, Irene coordinates cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver measurable business impact, driving corporate growth through innovative, data-driven marketing and stakeholder alignment. She joined as Group Marketing Manager in July 2021, spearheading the launch of the SEC Newgate ESG Monitor that same year, while collaborating with teams to strengthen brand equity.
Her career spans consulting for B2B and B2C companies in automotive, omnichannel retail, food & beverage, and SaaS, with expertise in strategic marketing, branding, market research, and CRM. 
Irene holds a Bachelor in Conference Interpreting from SSIT (Milan), a Bachelor in Modern Languages from Università degli Studi of Milan, and an Executive Master in Marketing and Sales from ESADE Business School and SDA Bocconi. A former lecturer at IULM University, she mentored through Bocconi University and Young Women Network programs,
In addition to her native Italian, Irene speaks English, French, German and basic Spanish.
