Fani Theochari is a highly accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience across diverse industries and cultural environments. Recently named one of Greece’s “20 Under 40” HR leaders, she has a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives and establishing strong, trust-based relationships during periods of organizational change.

Most recently, Fani served as an HR Business Consultant for EY Greece, following key HR roles at multinational and Greek companies such as Public, Samsung Hellas, and e-value S.A. (COSMOTE Group). Her expertise includes employee engagement, talent acquisition and assessment, leadership development, and designing robust learning programs. In addition, she focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, ensuring teams consistently perform at their highest level.

Fani holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
