Carla is a Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience. During the last 15 years she has been collaborating in communication agencies. Her focus has been mainly on Talent Attraction, Organizational Development, Change Management, Compensation – Benefits and Personnel Management, helping to achieve business objectives. She has academic training in Business Administration with a specialty in Human Resources. Currently she works as Director of Human Talent in another for Mexico, LatAm and USA, being responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for the most important resource: TALENT.
