SEC Newgate Italy

Member of SEC Newgate since the year of its foundation, she has been a partner and the vice president of the company since 2001 and Country Manager Italia since 2017.

A professional journalist and copywriter, she managed content management and integrated communication projects, especially in the corporate, political and public administration fields. Currently, she oversees the more complex communication’s and advocacy’s strategic plans and coordinate the teams for tenders and special projects for Clients and for the agency.

She curated exhibitions and publications about communication and Italian advertising, especially for RAI-Sipra. Between 2005 and 2008 she taught “Advertising’s Forms and Languages” at the Università Cattolica in Milan.

Having graduated in Modern Arts and obtained a doctorate in History of Italian Language and Literature, she has published several works of literary criticism, about the nineteenth and twentieth century’s important authors and movements, such as Ugo Foscolo, Alessandro Manzoni, Neoclassicism and Romanticism, Giovanni Testori.

She’s been member of the Board of Museo Poldi Pezzoli and Teatro Franco Parenti (Milan), she currenty member of the Scientific Comittee of the Centenary of Giovanni Testori and in the board of Portofranco Onlus.

Born in 1962, Andrea began his professional career in 1981 founding C&T, one of the first Italian company dedicated to design information and communication technology systems. He got in touch in 1986 with RP Partners (later Ketchum Italy), a leading PR agency which he began to collaborate with from 1987. VicePresident in 1999 and later also CEO of Ketchum Italy.

In 2013 he has been appointed Global Partner of the Ketchum international network. Executive President of Omnicom Public Relation Group (OPRG) in 2017. From January 2020, Andrea is Chief Innovation Officer, Partner and Board Member of SEC Newgate Italy.

Board Member from 2015 and VicePresident from 2019 of UNA – Italian Communication Agencies Association, he’s co-founder and coordinator of PR Hub Project.

Anna Milito joined SEC in 2003 and since then has worked in the administrative team, becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2014. Her role includes coordinating a team composed of seven finance and administration professionals.

Prior to joining SEC, Mrs Milito worked for an Italian accountancy firm from 1998-1999 and from 2000-2002 she was consultant to a provincial consortium on regional, national and communitarian financing laws for enterprises in Parma. Anna Milito has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Parma and is a chartered accountant.

Giorgia has been working in Human Resources for more than 10 years.

With a career in multinational Fashion Companies, she is a dynamic and result focused professional who delivers HR solutions to create robust company cultures. She promotes continuous business grow by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential.

She strongly believes that people are the most valuable assets. Listening, elaborate and delivery are her strong key values.

Giorgia joined SEC Newgate in 2022 as HR & People Experience Manager.
