Sebastian Hejnowski has more than 20 years of experience in communications. Sebastian is heading regional offices in the Central and Eastern European countries, the Balkans and the Gulf. He was recognized as a leader of Eastern European Consultancy of the Year at EMEA SABRE Awards, three times in the last decade (2015, 2017 and 2019). Worked for 3 years in Paris headquarters of MSL. Moreover he ran the advertising agency Leo Burnett.
Managed communication strategies and leader PR and PA services for for various clients in different sectors including IT, airlines, finance, media, FMCG.
Expert and practionier in creating plans of crisis management, strategic and Public Affairs advisory. Managed public affairs campaign for fight in defence of television station TVN.Warner Bros.
He was responsible for the image the biggest clients present in the CEE region.
Sebastian is involved in current trade, social and political affairs. He served as a judge in Europe’s trade contests, such as the Golden Drum, Cristal Festival and Złote Spinacze.
He willingly shares his knowledge of public relations at media trainings and practical classes.

Zofia Bugajna-Kasdepke

Co-founder and vice president of the agency. He has nearly 20 years of experience in communication consulting, strategy development and the implementation of PR and marketing projects.
For 10 years she held managerial positions in Publicis Groupe. She was the director responsible for business development in the Central and Eastern Europe region, opened offices in the Czech Republic and Turkey, and integrated teams in Romania, Bulgaria and Slovenia. Previously, she was the managing director of MSL, one of the largest PR agencies in Poland. For three years she was the Chief Communication Officer at Publicis Communications, where she dealt with consulting for the management board. Her professional experience also includes working for the global network agencies Edelman and Havas.
It has won over 20 prestigious awards and distinctions, including: EFFIE, Golden Drum, SABER Award, IPRA Golden World Award, European Excellent Award, Złote Spinacze, Impactory, and twice the “Social Campaign of the Year” titles. She is a juror at international creative festivals, from the Arab Emirates through France, to virtually all important competitions in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe:
Since 2017, he has been a member of the Expert Council of the THINKTANK Center for Dialogue and Analysis. She is a mentor of the Business Leaders Foundation. She conducts original classes at the University of Warsaw, and also lectured at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Lazarski University.

Bartłomiej Kupiec

Senior Advisor with over 18 years of experience in the public relations industry. He specializes in activities in the area of corporate communication, crisis management and Public Affaris for clients from the health / energy / industrial / defense / technology / new technologies or public sectors.
In the course of his professional career, he actively supports communication departments, management boards and presidents of both commercial and State Treasury companies. He conducted communication processes related to acquisitions, crisis situations, transformations within the organization, restructuring or strategic investments carried out by clients.
As part of his professional career, he has also led a number of public projects for entities such as the Ministry of Economy (currently the Ministry of Economic Development, Work and Technology) – Nationwide educational campaign on nuclear energy – The campaign was awarded the Stevie Award – the best campaign in Europe in the Public Service category and the Saber Award in the Issues Management category. He also supported the Ministry of Health during the crisis related to the delays of the e-Health platform.

Krzysztof Kępa

An expert in the field of energy, sustainable development and infrastructure projects. He has 14 years of professional experience closely related to the energy sector. He worked in energy and consulting companies specializing in advising this sector.
Before joining SEC Newgate CEE as part of the PGNiG strategy department, he dealt with the adaptation of the group to the requirements of the methane policy of the European Union, and also created the company’s ESG strategy.
For over 7 years he was associated with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna. Leading the public affairs team, he was responsible for the analysis of the business and regulatory environment as well as contacts with key stakeholders in Poland and at the EU level (both in Poland and in Brussels).
His experience also includes working as a business analyst in a leading consulting company, where he implemented optimization projects for the gas and fuel industry along the entire value chain. He took his first professional steps in international law firms
in Warsaw, and then in the gas sector in Great Britain.
Krzysztof Kępa graduated in law and political science at the University of Warsaw and in political economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is also a graduate of the Leadership Academy for Poland (LAP’17) program.

Agata Rychlik

Creative Director, screenwriter and director. She has been associated with the advertising industry since 2006, working as a copywriter and creative group head at Leo Burnettt, MullenLowe Warsaw, JWT, LemonSky, Scholz & Friends Warsaw.
She created advertising campaigns for the local and international market for clients such as Nestle, Unilever, PKO BP, Pernod Ricard, IKEA, Suzuki, Mazda, ORLEN, Maspex, Carlsberg, Grupa Żywiec, Plus, Samsung, Orange. Since 2014, she has been creating campaigns for the jewelry brand W. Kruk, she is also responsible for creating scripts and directing all the brand’s advertising films (including “Wilczyca” with Martyna Wojciechowska “and” Niezłomna “with Ewa Chodakowska).
She is committed to supporting NGOs, especially those related to the empowerment of girls and women.
